Crush It With The CoreHammer at Thursday Night Bootcamps!

Happy New Year!

I was so lucky to have eleven glorious days off during the holidays to re-set, re-focus, and get charged up for 2017. Not only did I have a little time to think about my own fitness goals in the new year, but I also had some time to plan (or scheme, muahahaha) some really fun, new things for my bootcamp classes.

Flex and Flow bootcamp is back this week after a little holiday break, and starting Thursday I am going to be incorporating the MostFit CoreHammer into our bootcamp circuits.

The CoreHammer is a safer alternative to the sledge hammer/tire combo. For a long time, I have been itching to do sledge hammer swings in my bootcamps but I had reasonable reservations about brining a sledge hammer to a yoga studio. This is just a little preview of all the fun to come! On Thursday, and in the next year, we are going to feel the burn and build core strength that is transferrable to all of our trail-running, hiking, and hand standing endeavors!
